I think, I'm not getting foods and services from Circle Bistro, I'm getting quality of life from there. When I asked Robert that "How could you rate Circle Bistro in town ?". "This is a medium class restaurant" he answered. As for me, I think the SERVICE AND CUSTOMER RELATION IS VERY GREAT if I compare what I've experienced before. I cannot stop appreciating the WDC citizens for their dynamic greeting and friendship.
